The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission’s review of the way the NSW Police Force uses Advice and Guidance as a response to police misconduct has prompted changes to misconduct management policies and processes.
Covert Search Warrants & Preventative Detention Orders
The Commission's second review of the NSW Police Force's compliance with legal requirements under Parts 2A and 3 of the Terrorism (Police Powers) Act 2002 (NSW), and the policies and procedures in place to exercise the powers properly.

Analysis of complaints made by or on behalf of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people - An Observations Paper
The Observations Paper reviews both the NSW Police Force and Commission's complaint handling system and traces complaints made by or on behalf of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, received between 1 January 2021 and 30 June 2022, from triage to final outcome.
Bail Compliance Checks in NSW - Issues Paper
The Issues Paper explores wmisconduct matter investigationnducting bail compliance checks are effective, appropriate and lawful.
The Commission is considering whether such checks ought to be conducted when there is no bail enforcement condition imposed by the court.

An investigation into allegations made by a number of complainants against a NSW Police Force officer of bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace between 2013 and 2019.

Inquiry into NSW Police Force strip search practices
A report on the Commission's inquiry into NSW Police Force strip search practices. The inquiry includes 7 investigations into the way police conducted stri searches under the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2022 (NSW), oversight of NSW Police Force investigations of potential misconduct in a number of strip search incidents, and an analysis of NSW Police Force policies and training.

An investigaiton into the police strip search of three teenage boys at an under 18s music festival in February 2019.
Operation Sandbridge
An investigation into allegations of the unlawful arrest and strip searching of a 53 year old male in inner Sydney in March 2015 and subsequent failed prosecution for hindering police in the execution of their duty.
Operation Karuka
An investigaiton into NSW Police Force officers' strip searches of a handcuffed Aboriginal male in a Sydney police station in June 2017.
Operation Tabarca
An investigation into allegations made by a number of complainants against a NSW Police Force officer of bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace between 2013 and 2019.

Operation Mainz
An investigation into NSW Police Force officers' strip search of a 16 year old Aboriginal boy in the street of a large regional town and later in the vehicle dock of the local police station in November 2018.
Operation Cusco
An investigation into NSW Police Force officers' arrest, charging and enforcement of bail of a male in Condobolin in May 2014, and the withdrawal of charges in February and March 2015.
Operation Dukono
An investigation into unlawful person and vehicle searches conducted by NSW Police Force officers in the car park of the Mannus Correctional Centre between September 2016 and February 2018.
Operation Tepito
A interim report into our investigation into the formulation and use of the NSW Police Force Suspect Target Management Plan on children and young people.
